The Undine Bay area has been an Australian owned plantation venture for over 100 years.
Before the Australians arrived, there were French coffee growers on the plantation. Remnants of the old sluice and growers house remain on the land today.
A small coffee plantation has been established near the site of the original plantation so residents can make their own Arabica coffee.
