The Development

Undine Bay Marina Estates is a planned eco-friendly and sustainable development. It has been designed and developed to enhance and preserve the pristine environment of Undine Bay and its surrounding coral reefs. Use of local resources, native timbers and coral sands will be encouraged.

There is a new boat harbour and waterways development with both foreshore and waterways (canal) blocks.

The coral reefs in the Bay will be managed as a Marine Reserve to ensure sustainability and long term survival for future generations.

This high quality development is built on the foreshore of an historic copra plantation and beef cattle farm.

Stage 1 - The Marina Estate

The Marina Estate includes 13 foreshore lots and 20 waterway canal blocks plus 17 larger rural residential lifestyle foreshore blocks on the waterfront at the Eastern end of the development.

All the Marina Estate blocks face north and have a minimum 30m waterfront or canal frontage giving private access to the beach or the waterways (canal).

Building controls will ensure high standards of design and construction of the residential homes and the commercial buildings that will service the boat harbour.

The Eastern lifestyle blocks have a north-westerly aspect and all have private access to the foreshore.

Foreshore lots (1-13) also entitle the owner to buy an allocated space (Strata Title) in the boat harbour. A Marina Berth Licence has a 50 year term with normal marina covenants. Canal lots have the right to build a private pontoon jetty connected to their block along their canal front.

All Marina Estate blocks have a northerly aspect and are elevated with breathtaking views of the bay, to the islands of Nguna, Pele, Kakula and Emau.

Building controls will ensure high standards of design and construction of the residential homes and the commercial buildings that will service the boat harbour.

Water and electricity is available to all the sections in the Marina Estate. Individual lot owners pay for their own connections and supply is metered.

A resort hotel is planned for development on an adjoining area within the Estate on the Eastern side of the Boat Harbour. The hotel will provide services for residents including management and short term letting options.

A Yacht Club will be built on the Hotel land and will be available for membership by residents and their families.

The Body Corporate will provide security services within the gated community.
